Service & Commodities

Business Luggage Service:
So you may fully appreciate the short distance separating our hotel from some of the major local businesses, we offer a service to deliver your luggage to your place of work.

English Picnic Service:
To help you take full advantage of your stay in the heart of the Cognac region, we can supply you with a picnic, put up in magnificent English hampers. These meals can be taken on the banks of the Charente or in the heart of the vineyards, accessible on foot or by bicycle (bicycle hire can be arranged on request with 72h notice).

Business Breakfast Service:
To allow you to combine business with pleasure, we offer our customers a "business breakfast" option permitting them to invite their clients to a business breakfast taken in one of the different locations in the hotel (garden, fireside, restaurant or private room).

"Weekend" formula:
To enliven your weekends in Cognac country, in liaison with our affiliated partners we can organise a multitude of themed visits (Cognac firms, traditional distilleries, a game of golf on Cognac's delightful golf-course, surf, beach, a cruise on the Charente, a game of squash.)

Private parking:
The hotel is well situated a mere 200 metres from a 300 place public car park. For a fee of 5 Euros per day, we can also offer limited parking in the private hotel car park.

Bedroom facilities:
All our bedrooms have en-suite WC and bath or shower, with linen and toiletries provided. In addition to an up-to-date telephone service, we offer you WIFI technology for your Internet connection from the bedrooms, garden, the bar and dining rooms.
